Aims & Scope
Rheinforum publishes conference proceedings across three distinct but complementary research domains, each represented by a dedicated conference series.
BICET — Engineering & Technology (Berlin)
The Berlin International Conference on Engineering & Technology welcomes original research in civil, mechanical, electrical, and computer engineering, as well as emerging technology fields such as automation, robotics, and information systems.
MICRES — Renewable Energy & Sustainability (Munich)
The Munich International Conference on Renewable Energy & Sustainability welcomes original research on solar, wind, and bioenergy technologies, energy storage and grid integration, sustainable resource management, environmental policy, and climate-resilient infrastructure.
FICAMS — Applied Physics & Materials Science (Frankfurt)
The Frankfurt International Conference on Applied Physics & Materials Science welcomes original research in condensed matter physics, materials characterization, nanotechnology, semiconductor and photonic materials, and applied physics with industrial relevance.
Cross-Cutting Scope
Across all three series, we welcome empirical studies, theoretical contributions, applied case studies, and methodological papers. Interdisciplinary submissions that bridge two or more of these fields are encouraged, provided the core contribution is clearly situated within the aims of the host conference. Manuscripts outside these scopes are redirected or declined at initial screening.
