Author Guidelines
Manuscripts are submitted exclusively through our Open Journal Systems (OJS) portal. Before submitting, authors should review the conference-specific aims and scope and prepare their manuscript according to the guidelines below.
Templates
LaTeX and DOCX manuscript templates are available for download directly from the submission portal. Use of the official template is strongly recommended to streamline formatting and review.
Manuscript Structure
- Title, author list, and affiliations
- Abstract of 150–250 words
- 4–6 keywords
- Main text following an IMRaD structure (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) or another structure appropriate to the discipline
- References formatted in APA 7th edition style
Length
Articles should be between 4 and 12 pages, inclusive of references and figures, when formatted using the official template.
Language
Manuscripts may be submitted in English or German. Abstracts and keywords should be provided in the language of the manuscript.
Submission Checklist
Before submitting, please confirm that all authors are listed correctly, the manuscript is anonymized for double-blind review, references are complete and correctly formatted, and any conflicts of interest are disclosed.
