Publication Schedule

Rheinforum publishes conference proceedings on a rolling, twice-a-month schedule — issuing 24 issues per year. This continuous-publication model allows accepted research to reach readers quickly, without waiting for a fixed annual or quarterly cycle.

Rolling Submissions

Manuscripts may be submitted at any time throughout the year. There are no fixed submission deadlines or seasonal cut-off dates; each manuscript enters the review pipeline as soon as it is received.

From Acceptance to Publication

Once a manuscript is accepted, authors can expect it to appear in a published issue in within 7 days. This turnaround reflects our streamlined editorial workflow, spanning final formatting, DOI registration, and certificate issuance.

Why Twice a Month

Publishing twice a month, rather than in large periodic batches, keeps the review-to-publication interval short and predictable for authors, while allowing each issue to remain focused and manageable for readers.

Issue Numbering

Each published issue is assigned a sequential volume and issue number, and every article within it receives final page numbers and a persistent DOI at the time of publication.
